UserPath is an AI-powered analytics platform that provides:

• Real-time user behavior monitoring
• Conversion funnel analysis
• AI-powered data insights and chat functionality
• Integration with third-party services (Google Analytics, Stripe)
• Custom event tracking and goal management

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service:

By using UserPath to track your website or application, you acknowledge that:

• You have the legal right to collect analytics data from your users
• You will comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations
• You will provide appropriate privacy notices to your users
• You will obtain necessary consents where required by law

UserPath processes analytics data on your behalf. You remain the data controller for any personal data collected through your use of the Service.

Our AI-powered features are provided "as is" and:

• May not always be accurate or complete
• Should not be relied upon for critical business decisions without verification
• Are subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan
• May be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or abuse our AI systems.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds beyond this period are at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

When upgrading your plan, billing changes take effect immediately and any prorated amounts are automatically calculated by our billing system.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UserPath and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this data to provide the Service to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

In no event shall UserPath, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Service
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of analytics data
• Excludes all liability for damages arising from the use of this Service

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Espírito Santo, Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
